Do I need to upload a photo?

No. You can create a game from a written idea alone. Photos are optional and help us make the characters feel more personal.

What happens to the photos I upload?

Your uploaded photos are not placed directly into the finished game. They are used to generate animated game characters based on the people or pets in your photos. Your original images are not publicly available and are not used for any other purpose. To delete an uploaded image, open Settings in the top-right corner of the main page, select Uploaded images, and choose Delete.

When do I pay?

Designing your game and reviewing the plan are free. You pay only when you approve the plan — either $7.99 for that one game, or a monthly subscription with a reusable creation balance.

You get 7,990 credits, which covers one complete personalized game's first build. The game includes unlimited plays and hosting, with no subscription or advertising.

How do the subscriptions work?

Pro includes 25,000 creation credits each month, and Max includes 60,000. Use them for games, art, characters, assets, and audio. Top up anytime to keep creating, and cancel anytime.

Not at the moment — each purchase covers one complete game, yours forever. If you'd like something different, you can create a new game.
